What's Happening

     Congratulations to the Lady Raider Varsity Soccer Team for a winning season, which so far has been capped off with the 2012 Division III , District 5 championship title and a Bi-District playoff victory.

     Eighteen juniors were inducted into the National Honor Society (NHS) during a formal ceremony held in the Runnels Theater Jan. 30.

    'Lighten Up'  with the Runnels RPO.  Enjoy an enlightening evening with the Runnels RPO, as we raise funds to complete our exterior campus lighting project.

     Jack, Emma, Talia, and Drake Tooraen, all elementary students at Runnels School, will appear in a television commercial for Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep scheduled to run during this year's Super Bowl Feb. 5. The automaker will feature eight ads in and around the game, including the pre-game show.

     Mustafa Abban, an eighth grader at Runnels Junior High, has won first place in the 2012 Stanley J. Ott Assembly Knights of Columbus Patriotic Essay Contest. This marks the second year in a row a Runnels student has won the top honor and the fifth that our school has placed among the top three.

Donate used cell phones, ipods and other mp3 players, GPS devices, laptops, digital cameras, and (as always) inkjet/laser cartridges to help our school fund technology!
